- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It is disgraceful that the owner/ landlord of Dixon Medical Centre has moved the parking arm forward and made it impossible for a volunteer to access the front door of this bulding to drop off an elderly patient for medical care without avoiding a parking charge.
