- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a complete tear on my ACL. I checked out several surgeons pre surgery. Most have a ridiculous waiting period. I was taken in by Dr. Bertoia and had surgery less then a month after my accident. I was really happy with how much he cared about my progress. I was playing ballhockey that same year with moderate pain, but I was back and that was what I wanted. Each year is better and now it's practically new again. He explained the deal and the progress, I worked on my knee and did my rehab. I highly recommend him for sports related knee surgeries.by Scott BrowneDecember 28, 2016
