- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was very disappointed in the travel service received. I used an agent b/c I thought s/he would have the knowledge and experience to make best choices for me. Didn't happen - overpriced, needed a lot of follow-up, didn't get refund until had to ask again. Overall not a good experience and wouldn't use CAA again (at least not the person who handled my file).
