I had shopped around for prices and they had been competitive, (not the cheapest) but i was very happy with the service and explanation of my coverages so i chose them. Last month i had an accident in my car where i was at fault. I had a rental covered while it was in the shop, PROMPT claims service which explained everything to me AND my rates haven't changed a bit.
